Project initiation meetings
At the beginning of any project, the team involved and the client will sit down together to talk through the plans. This helps ensure there’s full transparency about the technical requirements and standards for the project, and that everyone is in complete agreement.
On-site supervision
We carry out direct on-site support for all our team members, as well as carrying out random site visits for quality checks.
Extensive training
Our staff training programme is second to none, and incorporates all the latest changes and updates in the relevant areas.
Regular quality and safety checks
To ensure every required standard is being met, especially in areas where standards have developed or changed over time, we make frequent, regular checks to make sure everyone is working in accordance with the agreed programme.
Quality inspection reports
These are completed each month by senior management and can be shared with clients if required. If any remedial action is required, we will ensure this is taken and will put measures in place for ongoing monitoring.
